You pay a flat monthly fee to partner with us in the areas and services you choose. It is not pay-per-lead and it is not an auction. We do not sell the same inquiry to several contractors to bid on.

Service-area matching
Homeowner inquiries are routed by location. You tell us which Portland metro zones you cover (Portland, Westside, Eastside, SW Corridor, or Vancouver, WA) and you receive inquiries from those areas.

Service-category matching
Routing also follows the work you do: encapsulation, waterproofing, vapor barriers, drainage, sump pumps, insulation, or mold remediation. You only hear about jobs that fit your trade.

What this is, and what it is not
- No bidding and no marketplace. We route a homeowner to a matched partner rather than putting the inquiry up for several contractors to compete over.
- No guaranteed lead count. Volume rises and falls with the season and local demand, so we do not promise a specific number of inquiries and we never charge per lead.
- You run the job. All inspections, quotes, scopes, materials, labor, warranties, and customer service are yours, performed under your own active CCB or L&I license, bond, and insurance.
- Month to month. You can adjust your coverage areas and services, pause, or stop as your capacity changes.

- You pay a flat monthly fee to receive matched homeowner inquiries in the service areas and categories you select. It is a routing arrangement, not a pay-per-lead program and not a bidding marketplace. We do not auction inquiries or sell the same one to multiple contractors.
- No. Inquiry volume depends on the season, local demand, and how broad your coverage is, so we do not promise a specific count. We are upfront that some months are busier than others, and we do not charge per lead.
- Two filters: service area and service category. You choose the Portland metro zones you cover and the crawlspace services you offer, and we only route inquiries that fit both. Vancouver and Clark County inquiries go to Washington L&I-licensed partners.
- By tracked phone call and by form submission. When a matched homeowner calls or completes the inquiry form, their contact details and project notes are sent to you so you can follow up and schedule the free inspection.
- You do. We are a marketing and lead-routing service, not a contractor. Every inspection, quote, and job is performed by you under your own license, bond, and insurance. We simply connect you with homeowners who are looking for that work.
