Portland Crawlspace Pros is operated by H. Mae LLC. We are a lead-matching service, not a contractor. This page describes what the website collects, who processes it, and how to have it removed.
Information you give us
If you submit the free inspection request form, we collect the name, phone number, ZIP code, service you selected, how soon you need help, and any description of the problem you choose to write. An email address is optional and only collected if you enter one.
This information is used for one purpose: connecting you with an independent, licensed contractor who covers your area, so they can contact you and schedule a free inspection. Once you are matched, that contractor is an independent business and handles your information under its own practices, not ours.
The form does not accept photo or file uploads, and we do not ask for an address, date of birth, Social Security number, or any payment information anywhere on this site.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find
useful and where they give up. It sets cookies in your browser (names beginning
_ga) and records page views, clicks on our phone links and estimate buttons,
progress through the request form, and general information your browser sends such as
approximate region, device type, and referring site.
We do not send your name, phone number, email address, or anything you typed into the description field to Google Analytics. We have not enabled Google Ads linking, remarketing, or advertising personalisation on this property.
The site also stores two small values in your browser's session storage (not cookies, and cleared when you close the tab): the campaign parameters from the link you arrived through, so a submitted request can be attributed to the right campaign, and a one-time marker that prevents a single submission being counted twice if you refresh the confirmation page.
This site loads no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, no session or screen recording, no heatmaps, no chat widget, and no third-party font or CDN requests.
Who else processes your information
- Supabase - the request form submits to a Supabase-hosted function, and the request is stored in a Supabase database.
- Resend - sends the notification email that tells us a new request has arrived.
- Twilio - the phone number published on this site is a Twilio number that forwards to us. Twilio records call metadata such as the calling number, time, and duration.
- Google - analytics, as described above.
- Vercel - hosts this website and processes standard web server request logs.
- The independent contractor you are matched with - receives your request details so they can contact you.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone beyond the parties listed above. We do not use it to target advertising to you, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
How long we keep it
Requests are retained while they are useful for connecting you with a contractor and for our own records. If you want your information deleted, ask us and we will remove it from our records. We cannot delete it from the systems of a contractor you were already matched with - you would need to contact them directly.
Your choices
- Analytics. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies, and browser extensions and privacy-focused browsers can block Google Analytics outright. The site works normally with analytics blocked.
- Your information. To ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, contact us.
- Phone calls. Calling the number on this site connects you to us through Twilio. If you would rather not use it, submit the form instead.
Children
This site is meant for homeowners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If the technologies described here change, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised.
