You think something on this site is wrong

Tell us, with or without a source of your own. Every correction this site has made is published in full in the corrections ledger — the previous wording, the reason, and the source that settled it — and yours would be handled the same way. Our editorial policy sets out the standard we are holding ourselves to.

You want to know what we hold, or want it deleted

Ask, and we will tell you what is in our records and remove it if you want it removed. You do not need to submit an inspection request to make a privacy request, and you should not: that would add a record rather than remove one. What we collect and who processes it is set out in the privacy policy.

One limit worth stating up front: we cannot delete your details from the systems of a contractor you have already been matched with. You would need to ask them directly.
